Andrew began his estate agency career in 2001 where he started at one of the large corporate agencies before moving onto a local independent agent. After gaining years of experience Andrew thought the time was right to go it alone and founded Andrew & Co in November 2009, with New Romney, Cheriton, & Maidstone offices opening not long after, and the addition of Warner Gray Estate Agents in Tenterden in 2017.
Andrew also spent three years in Orlando, where he quickly became one of the top 1% producing agents in that time, selling high value luxury homes, and gaining a fantastic insight to property marketing.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his two boys and his wife, and when not working he is also a keen golfer and an avid football fan.
